Fundamentals of Defense is a dynamic class designed to work all aspects of the defensive side of the game. The focus will be on preparing each player to be game ready in situational defensive baseball, including, situational defensive baseball, Mental vs. Physical errors (Freebie Wars), holding runners, rundowns, along with individualized focus on improving techniques, such as, throwing/pitching/fielding.
